DKK launches 28GHz Beamforming Repeater, as a new 5G portfolio

mmWave is expected to bring performance benefits to the 5G mobile network in the world but in general mmWave has higher path loss and sensitive characteristics for the blockage so it hardly reaches the mobile devises. To support the challenging deployment of mmWave by mobile operators, DKK launches 28GHz Beamforming Repeater as a new 5G portfolio.

DKK has already supplied a demo unit of Repeater to one of major Japanese operators for their trial and studies. DKK will continue to develop this repeater solution and release a commercial product.
