Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager (Full-time regular/Exempt).


About the job

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.


The Sales Manager can work in house office. Not required to work in company office all time.

  • Director or Officer


Experience Level:

  • 5+ years experiences in Mobile telecommunication industry


Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Communicate well and cooperate with Directors, Officers, and other workers.

  • Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs and objectives.

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.

  • Negotiate and close agreements with customers.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customer’s needs.

  • Liaise with Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.

  • Provides quality leadership for internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding company values at all times, inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others.

  • Acting as a company representative at the meetings with customers to promote product.

  • Delivers sales presentations to key personnel in coordination with sales representatives.

  • Meets with key personnel, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.

  • Acting as the main point of contact with customers, brokers, suppliers, and distributors.

  • Ensuring the company comply with industry regulations.

  • Do office work when needed.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices


Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years mobile telecommunications carrier experience (in the field of RF products/services)

  • 5+ years sales management experience

  • 5+ years new business sales experience (generating revenue)


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards

  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
